Emilie G. Kaplan
Principal
Emilie G. Kaplan’s practice at Thompson Brody & Kaplan focuses on the resolution of insurance disputes, including coverage matters, subrogation and defense cases. Additionally, she handles cases in the areas of business and commercial litigation. Emilie has secured favorable pre-trial settlements on behalf of plaintiff and defendant clients, in addition to successfully resolving numerous cases through mediation.
Emilie is experienced in all stages of litigation, including expert discovery, trial and post-judgment matters. She has acted as trial counsel in jury and bench trials in both State and Federal courts. Emilie has successfully defended against and obtained summary judgment rulings on behalf of individual and corporate clients.
