Bradley M. Hamblock

Bradley M. Hamblock specializes in property and automobile subrogation claims throughout the Midwest at Thompson Brody & Kaplan. In 2019, he was the second chair on several multi-million dollar property subrogation jury trials, including one jury verdict over $4 million. He has assisted with insurance coverage and defense cases.

Brad joined Thompson Brody & Kaplan’s predecessor firm in May 2013 as a law clerk while attending law school at Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. He became a full-time attorney at the firm in November 2015. Brad is licensed in Illinois, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. Brad has presented seminars on topics including best practices for subrogation investigations and the use of social media in first-party investigations. In the fall of 2020, Brad presented on damages in a subrogation claim at the annual NASP Conference. Brad also presented on subrogation claims arising from sprinkler system failures at NASP’s 2022 annual conference.”
